Hypnotherapy can help you unpack and resolve the reasons (emotional, habitual or social) that cause you to over eat, and help you to become more mindful of what, when and why you eat. All of these factors can be altered permanently in a deep state of relaxation.

From our first meeting I experienced Kim to be a highly competent and compassionate person. It was easy for me to trust her when I felt vulnerable and I think that enhanced my confidence in an otherwise unconventional therapy. Kim guides and supports one through the process and her door is always open if you have any doubts or need a boost after the therapy session. I find hypnotherapy extremely effective but having Kim as my therapist plays an enormous part in that.
