About Kim Young BSc (Hons) MSc HBCE CHt
Kim is a qualified clinical Hypnotherapist (SACPH) former HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Practitioner Trainer, and also has a Masters Degree in Biochemistry.
Kim has been practicing hypnosis since 2008 and had a clinic practice in Durbanville since 2013.
Kim is also a registered practitioner of the HypnoBand technique for weight loss.
Kim offers clients therapy sessions that help them deal with any aspects of their lives they would like to resolve, improve and enhance. Fears, phobias, trauma, anxiety, confidence, weight loss and smoking are just a few examples of symptoms frequently treated.
Kim is registered with both the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy) and NRPC (National Register Psychotherapists and Counsellors)

My Birthing Kit is an online course for moms to be and new moms supporting and helping you prepare for your best possible birth experience, whether you’ll be doing Group or Private classes, Natural birth or Caesarean.
My Birthing Kit was created by Kim Young, founder of Beautifully Born, clinical hypnotherapist, former HypnoBirthing educator, HypnoBirthing educator trainer, and mother of two.
Kim gave up her career as a research scientist and became a HypnoBirthing educator in 2008 after a life-changing birth experience of her own. Kim brought HypnoBirthing to South Africa in 2009 and to date has taught over 1600 mothers and 80 new practitioners.
